What should I expect during my first reading?
Your reading will be a safe, confidential conversation. I'll connect with your loved ones and relay messages, insights, and signs they want to share with you. You don't need to tell me anything — I do the talking. Most clients find readings to be comforting, healing, and often surprising in their accuracy. Sessions typically last 30 or 60 minutes, depending on what you book.
Do I need to believe in mediumship for it to work?
No. Skepticism is completely welcome. Many of my clients came in as skeptics and left as believers. Mediumship isn't about what you believe — it's about the genuine connection and messages that come through. The evidence speaks for itself.
What's the difference between a 30-minute and 60-minute reading?
Both are powerful, but duration affects depth. A 30-minute reading gives you focused messages from one or two loved ones. A 60-minute reading allows for deeper exploration, multiple loved ones, and more detailed guidance. Choose based on what feels right for you and your budget.
Can I do a reading over Zoom or phone?
Absolutely. I offer readings in-person (Dubuque, Iowa), via Zoom, or by phone. Distance doesn't affect the connection — energy transcends location. Many clients prefer virtual sessions for convenience and comfort.
What if I don't recognize the messages or information you share?
This happens sometimes. Messages may be symbolic, refer to inside jokes, or relate to things you've forgotten. I encourage you to sit with the information and check with family members — often, something will click later. Trust the process.
Can you predict the future or tell me lottery numbers?
No. Mediumship is about connecting with those who've passed and receiving messages of love, healing, and guidance. I don't predict the future or provide financial advice. My role is to help you heal and find closure.
How do I prepare for my reading?
Come with an open heart and mind. You don't need to prepare anything specific — just be present. Some clients bring photos of loved ones or write down questions beforehand. Most importantly, be ready to receive whatever messages come through.
What's your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
You can reschedule or cancel using the link in your confirmation email. Refund requests require 7 days' notice and must be submitted by phone or email. If you plan to reschedule, use the rescheduling option rather than canceling first.
Do you offer group or family readings?
Yes! Family and group sessions are powerful. They accommodate 4-10 people and allow multiple loved ones to come through. Group readings create a beautiful collective energy. Sessions are available in-person, via Zoom, or by phone.
Can I record my reading?
For Zoom readings, you can record locally on your device. For phone readings, you can use your phone's built-in recording app. There's also an optional $5 add-on where I record the session and send you the link.
What if I'm grieving and not ready?
There's no "right time" to have a reading. Some people come immediately after a loss; others wait years. Trust your intuition. If you're grieving and curious, a reading can bring comfort and closure. If you're not ready, that's okay too — I'm here whenever you need me.
How do gift certificates work?
Gift certificates are available in 30-minute ($115), 60-minute ($220), and family session ($325) options. They never expire and can be redeemed for any reading service. Perfect for giving the gift of healing to someone you care about.
