We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking or Service at our discretion, including in cases of inappropriate behavior, harassment, or misuse of the Services.

Readings and related Services are intended for guidance, comfort, and personal insight. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other licensed advice.

No specific outcome, connection, or message can be guaranteed in any reading. The information provided is based on the energy and communication present at the time of the session.

3. Booking, Payments, and Gift Certificates

Bookings are made through the Site or as otherwise indicated (for example, by phone or email).
Prices for Services are listed on the Site and are subject to change at any time. The price in effect at the time of booking will apply to your session.
Payment is typically required at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified.
Gift certificates, if offered, may be subject to additional terms, such as expiration dates or restrictions on use, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible.
Unless otherwise stated on the Site or in your booking confirmation:
- Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment time may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend the appointment (no-show), may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
If we must cancel or reschedule your appointment due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your session or provide a refund.

5. Client Conduct

We strive to provide a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior (in person, by phone, online, or via email) will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of Services without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, blog posts, videos, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Moriah the Medium and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.
