2. Cancellations by Client

Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice:

You may request to reschedule your appointment or, at our discretion, receive a refund of the session fee.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows:

The session fee may be non-refundable, and you may forfeit the right to reschedule, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellations by Moriah the Medium

If we must cancel your appointment due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will:

Offer to reschedule your session to a mutually convenient time, or

Provide a refund of the session fee if rescheduling is not possible.

4. Gift Certificates and Packages

Gift certificates and multi-session packages, if offered, are generally non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.

They may be transferable to another person with our prior approval.

Any expiration dates or additional terms will be communicated at the time of purchase.
5. Workshops, Classes, and Events

For group events, workshops, or classes, specific refund or cancellation terms may apply and will be provided in the event description or registration materials.

In general, late cancellations or no-shows for events may be non-refundable.
6. Dissatisfaction with a Session

While we strive to provide meaningful and supportive Services, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds are not typically provided solely on the basis of dissatisfaction with the content or outcome of a reading, as results are subjective and based on the energy and communication present at the time.
