Service Description
This session is designed for up to 10 participants. Connect with loved ones through heartfelt messages, fostering a powerful collective energy. This session can be held via video call, phone call, or in-person at Moriah's Dubuque, Iowa office, and includes a 15-minute padding for transition after session. If 8+ people will be attending in-person, a conference room will be reserved.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Refunds: Up to 7 days prior to the appointment, you can reschedule or cancel online, call (815) 757-1970, or email moriahthemedium@gmail.com. Cancellations more than one week prior to your scheduled appointment may be refunded in full. Cancellations less than a week prior to your scheduled appointment can be rescheduled, or refunded at 50%. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Inclement Weather: Due to Iowa winters, severe weather may affect in-person appointments. You will be offered the option to reschedule or switch to a virtual appointment (Zoom or phone). Moriah will notify you as soon as possible. Health Policy: Clients showing signs of respiratory illness cannot attend in-person appointments. Virtual options (Zoom or phone) are available, or you may reschedule. Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are non-refundable, never expire, and retain full value. They may be transferred to another person. Family & Group Sessions: These sessions are designed for collective healing. Not every individual is guaranteed a personal reading. Individuals under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted to participate and will not receive a refund. Individual Sessions: One family member or significant other may join individual sessions (3 people total). Additional guests may be added for a fee. Confirmation Emails: It is important that you read your entire confirmation email. It contains critical information about your appointment, including location details, Zoom links, phone numbers, and time zone confirmation. Failure to review may cause delays or require rescheduling. Time Zone: When booking, please select your correct time zone to ensure the right appointment time appears in your confirmation emails.
