ALL APPOINTMENTS ARE ON ZOOM/PHONE OR IN OFFICE: Please know that Zoom and or phone appointments work just the same as in person.
My office is Plaza 20 Executive Suites 2600 Dodge, Door 4D wait in lobby until your appointment time where I will greet you. My office is behind Dunkin Donuts, between Mindful Journey and J&J Pool and Spa.
Zoom is a great option for families as some may choose to use video, and some may want to call in. Not all Zoom meetings have to be all video as there is a call in number for those who don’t have a computer or smart phone.

You may record the audio of your session consider using a voice recorder on your phone, built in app or digital/tape recording. Your phone should have a preinstalled recording app built in. Call your cellular carrier for any questions. The links below are not an endorsement of programs but suggestions on how to record sound. I do not record sessions.

REQUIREMENTS: For private appointments you and one other relative, (no friends please) may share an individual appointment.
If you wish to have a more family appointment please book a family appointment for 3 to 10 people.
APPOINTMENTS:
If you make a mistake booking your appointment, please do not cancel appointment and make a new one. Please call our office 815-310-5118 and we will fix it for you.
We offer 30 and 60 minute individual appointments that are available via Zoom or over the phone. Also offered is a Family Session for 3 to 10 people via Zoom or phone or in person.

GIFT CERTIFICATES: Gift certificates are available for purchase under the ‘book appointment’ link, and are non-refundable.
PAYMENTS/RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION: All payments must be paid at the time of booking. Cancellations for full refunds must be made 5 days prior to appointment and can be done online after the window of cancellation, you may reschedule your appointment but will not be refunded. It may take up to 14 days to receive refund to your credit card or via mail for checks. If not satisfied I will issue a refund.
